    When should i check in ? what is check in time?
    As this is charter flight, check in time require 5 hours prior to departure time as due to Covid 19 situation there are more formalities involved.

    I have submitted all the documents but recieved an email with the subject "Urgent action required -Documents pending "?
    Kindly review the documents uploaded by you.Even if any field in any of the two documents

    -Indemnity form or

    -Travel Coordinator form

    is missing or the forms are uploaded blank/incomplete or incorrect ,you will recieve the email to resubmit the documents.

    There are 7 mandatory fields( including signature with date ) in the Indemnity forms to be filled and 6 mandatory fields(including signature with date) in TCF.

    If you have uploaded Unclear first page of Passport copy,you will recieve the email to resubmit the documents.

    It is your responsibility to recheck all the documents as per the email sent to you before you upload on our website as these are the mandatory documents required by Govt of India before you board these flights.Hence Kindly review the documents and resubmit .please note that filling all the fields in all the forms is mandatory unless specified.

    After reviewing your document if you still have query , kindly reply back to the email you have recieved .


    If they still have questions,You can inform customers about the Most common errors .

    Indemnity Form : The most common reason for recieving this email is
    -Not filling the name field at the bottom of the form
    -No signature at the bottom of the form
    -Signing the form without date

    It could be possible that you filled the indemnity form correctly but the Travel coordinator Form is missing .

    If you answered the question "Are you the traveller making this Booking?" as NO ,Filling the Travel coordinator form is madatory .
    Further you will recieve the email if the TCF is

    filled by the traveler as it needs to be filled and signed by the Travel coordinator making the booking for traveler.

    Or Is sent incomplete/ blank to us.

    What is Travel Coordinator form ?
    If you have answered the question " Are you the traveller making this Booking? " as NO ,then it is mandatory that you as the travel coordinator fill one TCF for all the travelers in the booking.Kindly note that it needs to be filled by the travel coordinator and NOT by the traveler.



    if you are making a booking for your parents and You are not the traveler then YOU need to fill this form and NOT your parents.You need to leave the field "Agency name " blank.

    If you are a travel agent ONLY then you need to fill the field "Agency name ".

    All fields are mandatory unless specified and kindly make sure that you sign this form WITH date before uploading.

    We have only given you the breakup of the taxes,rest of the amount is the base fare which is mentioned as "Charter"

    What if I’m transiting through NSW to catch a flight to another state or overseas?
    You will need to apply for a border entry permit to transit through NSW by air to catch a flight to another state or overseas. You must travel to NSW by flying into Sydney Airport and you will be required to stay in Sydney Airport until your next flight departs NSW. You may be authorised to leave the Airport to go to a quarantine facility (if, for example, your connecting flight is the next day).

    I need a wheelchair.
    you can request the wheelchair at the time of booking.It will be at the discretion of the airline to provide wheelchair depending on the availability.

    For requesting wheelchair after making the booking you can send us an email at charterflights@gauratravel.com.au atleast 48 hrs prior to departure.

    If you are less than 60 yrs old and still want to request it,kindly send an email to charterflights@gauratravel.com.au,We will send you a medical information form which needs to be filled and signed by the Traveler and his doctor.Only then we can request the airline for wheelchair.

    What is Self reporting form ? Is it Mandatory to fill Self Reporting form ?
    All International arriving passengers are required to fill the self-reporting form as mandated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Air Suvidha is an online system for International passengers to submit mandatory Self-Reporting Form to declare their current health status. This form is mandatory and should be filled before boarding.

    You need a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate in order get exemption from instituitonal quarantine. The test must be taken within 96 hours before the start of the journey.
    Once you have negative result of covid 19 , please visit newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha and fill exemption form so that you will get exemption in advance .

    The Pre -Covid-19 test is not mandatory .

    For passengers with no test report, have to undergo mandatory 7 days of institutional quarantine, at their own cost and another 7 days of home quarantine on arrival in India.

    Travelers may seek exemption in advance from institutional quarantine by submitting a negative RTPCR test report on newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha . This test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to undertaking the journey.

    Only for compelling reasons/ cases of human distress as mentioned below ,exemption can be provided:

    Pregnancy
    Death in family
    Serious illness
    Parent(s) with children of the age of 10 years or below,

    At the moment ,Victoria doesn’t have any border restrictions and you can both leave and enter the state.You don’t have to quarantine after entering or travelling around Victoria.

    Kindly upload the passport copies for all the travelers and Signed UNDERTAKING CUM INDEMNITY BOND for each traveler. Please be informed that it needs to be signed by each traveler.

    The above details can not be accessed by Wait-listed travelers.

    Parents has to sign on place of infant.

    5% Of Total Fee will be deducted as deposit which can be paid with the Credit/Debit card. Once the passport details are validated by Government of India,We will notify you to make the balance payment.     As per the current update ,

    Passengers arriving on international flights connecting to other domestic airports as their final destination would be allowed to continue their journey if they have presented a negative COVID-19 report for an RT PCR test taken within 96 hours before the start of their journey , Please apply travel exemption online on Newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha and once you have exemption in advance than you can book domestic flight to your hometown.


    Doemstic flights are not in the scope of these Charter flights,kindly make the arrangements yourself.

    Infant – 5 kgs carry on

    There is no provision for extra baggage even if you want to pay extra.

    Food packs and bottled water will be pre-placed on the seats for Australia to Colombo and then Colombo to India another set of food packs will be provided. Due to covid limited meal will be provided so please carry extra food with you.
