    We cannot provide you the exact number but if you are able to see the availability online on our website then it is available to book.

    I need the PNR and Seat number in order to submit the Self declaration form.
    Since its a Charter flight ,Seat number can only be assigned at the airport.Hence you can put TBA in order to complete the Self declaration form.

    PNR field can be left blank as its not mandatory.

    Do we need to be Quarantined in Delhi on arrival ?
    As per the rules stated by Indian Govt , Yes a 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by
    7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health is mandatory . However Kindly note the below :

    Travelers may also seek exemption from institutional quarantine by submitting a negative RTPCR test report on arrival. This test should have been conducted within 96hrs prior to undertaking the journey. The test report should be uploaded on the portal for consideration. Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise. The test report could also be produced upon arrival at the point of entry airport in India

    As per the rules stated by Indian Govt , Yes a 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by
    7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health is mandatory

    However ,Travelers may also seek exemption from institutional quarantine by submitting a negative RTPCR test report on arrival. This test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to undertaking the journey

    I am Holding Indian Passport but I have Bridging Visa can I Travel ?
    A lot of travelers with bridging VISA have taken these Charter fligths with us recently without any problem.However since we do not deal with VISA ,Gaura travel CANNOT take the responsibility if you face any issue at the airport.You can check with Indian Consulate for more clarity.

    The Covid-19 test is not mandatory .

    All Travelers would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days i.e. 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by

    I need a Wheelchair .
    You can request the wheelchair at the time of booking.It will be at the discretion of the airline to provide wheelchair depending on the availability.

    For requesting wheelchair after making the booking you can send us an email at charterflights@gauratravel.com.au

    If you are above 60 yrs old ,we will request wheelchair to the airline once we recieve the full payment.It will be at the discretion of the airline to provide wheelchair depending on the availability.

    If you are less than 60 yrs old and still want to request it,kindly send an email to charterflights@gauratravel.com.au,We will send you a medical information form which needs to be filled and signed by the Traveler and his doctor.Only then we can request the airline for wheelchair.

    What is the policy for extra baggage ?
    There is no provision for extra baggage even if you want to pay extra.

    What if I’m transiting through NSW to catch a flight to another state or overseas?
    You will need to apply for a border entry permit to transit through NSW by air to catch a flight to another state or overseas. You must travel to NSW by flying into Sydney Airport and you will be required to stay in Sydney Airport until your next flight departs NSW. You may be authorised to leave the Airport to go to a quarantine facility (if, for example, your connecting flight is the next day).

    This flight is only for travelers with Punjab domicile.If you do not have punjab domicile kindly book the flight for Sydney-Delhi on the same day .

    We have only given you the breakup of the taxes,rest of the amount is the base fare which is mentioned as "Charter"

    Paid amount is non refundable and non transferable. Once full payment received we are sending bookings to airline for issuance so we can not change date or class of your booking.

    This is document asked by Indian High commission to be filled by all the travelers. So request you to fill and submit this form along with the passport copies for each traveller on urgent basis .

    Kindly be mindful that this needs to be filled for each traveler to complete the booking process.

    Kindly upload the passport copies for all the travelers and Signed UNDERTAKING CUM INDEMNITY BOND for each traveler. Please be informed that it needs to be signed by each traveler.

    The above details can not be accessed by Wait-listed travelers.

    Parents has to sign on place of infant.

    Will the Lockdown which has been annonced on 07/07/2020 will affect our Charter flight to India ?
    The current lockdown due to Covid 19 situation does not have any effect on our upcoming flights on 15th Aug 2020 since we already have the necessary approvals to operate this flight.

    I have submitted application and paid 5% deposit as well. When i will get approval from High Commission
    We would be sending your details to Govt of India for validation. Usually it takes 24-48 hrs but these days we have recieved the approval on the same day.

    No Catering services are minimised due to COVID -19 in the aircraft. Hence special meal will be not be provided.

    Due to the Terms and Conditions and complexity associated with the Charter flights, we are unable to book on your behalf. Hence the booking has to be made online.
